Just like the past 5 years, I will assist and guide fly anglers on some of the most beautiful chalk streams in Southern England: the river Test and tributaries (Anton , Dever), the river Itchen and the river Avon. All of these run gin clear and are home to very healthy populations of fantastic grayling (Thymallus thymallus) that can be caught on dries or sight-fished with nymphs, a real thrill during the autumn (and early winter) months.

November is possibly the best time as massive hatches of smaller mayfly species and stoneflies occur that will pull the grayling to the surface, the mild climate lengthening the angler’s day. Come discover the magic of late-season fly fishing in the heart of Hampshire and Wiltshire and enjoy unforgettable angling in the dream setting of hallowed gin clear English fishing water with trophy fish, bucolic setting, charming accommodation, bilingual , personal and professional guiding. I do have some openings during weeks 47 and 48 (and possibly 49). Please do not hesitate to contact me to make reservations for your long weekend in Britain.
